Overall Purpose: To provide military ground vehicle system expertise (in electronics systems such as communication, localization, detection, navigation, data links, displays functions) in support of defence-related business : 1.At business development stages : understand the market and participate to technical proposals 2. At system development stages: requirements capture, system design, system build, system integration, and test & acceptance
Key Accountabilities: Participation to business development • Market analysis (from a technical standpoint) • Technical proposal
Producing Systems & Subsystem Architectures and Top Level Designs. • Elicitation of User Requirements • Preparation of Requirement Specifications for Systems & Subsystems • Preparation of ICDs Systems & Subsystems. • Preparation of Technical Statements of Work for equipment suppliers
Provision of support and expertise to Integration & Test activities • Support to Informal/Formal Verification Test Activities in a System Integration Lab Environment • Support to System Integration and commissioning trials at customer installations. |

Educated to degree level in a relevant Engineering discipline. - essential
Computer literate and familiar with using normal business and engineering software applications packages. - essential
Previous proven industry experience in the design, development and fielding electronics systems onboard military ground vehicle. - essential
Experience in a Systems Architectural or Systems Engineering role, familiar with the traditional systems engineering lifecycle - essential |
